June 17 2004: Geheime Forschungsbasis Pong Pjang in der nähe von Peking – China:
Mehrere chinesische Wissenschaftler arbeiten an der Erforschung eines von ihnen zur Mutation gebrachten Grippe Virus um
ein Gegenmittel zu entwickeln. Als einer der Wissenschaftler eine Probe entnehmen will, platzt der Behälter indem der
Virus ist und tötet auf der Stelle den Mann. Nachdem das automatische Kontaminierungssignal nicht auslöst, dauert es
ganze zwei Minuten bis man merkt was passiert ist und der Alarm ausgelöst wird. Kurz davor begibt sich ein
Wissenschaftler auf den Heimweg. Die Leitung der Forschungsbasis lässt alles Abschotten. Doch nach und nach sterben
alle die Wissenschaftler der Einrichtung nach wenigen Minuten an dem Virus. Der Wissenschaftler der nach Hause gegangen
ist geht Einkaufen und muss dauernd niesen. Im Zeitraffer sehen wir wie die Menschen alle von den Viren getroffen werden.
US- Militärstützpunkt Pensacola – Pensacola, Florida:
Lt. Hanson wird von seinem Vorgesetzten beauftragt die Lehrstunde für dessen Schüler zu übernehmen. In den Nachrichten
ist zu hören, dass in China eine neue Grippewelle ausgebrochen ist, die innerhalb von zwei Wochen den gesamten
Ostasiatischen Kontinent befallen hat. Zudem ist unbekannt, wo im Land der Virus ausgebrochen ist und wo er herkommt.
Doch die Befürchtungen steigen, dass das Virus schon bald Europa und in die USA erreichen wird.
Außenstelle des US- Geheimdienstes in der amerikanischen Botschaft – Berlin, Deutschland:
Der Botschafter bekommt von einem Mitarbeiter eine Satellitenaufnahme gezeigt in der zu sehen ist wie aus einem
Chinesischen Labor, in der Nähe von Peking, eine unbekannte Substanz austritt. Diese Satellitenaufnahme ist 2 Wochen alt. Er lässt Agent Sala zu sich bestellen.
Er unterrichtet Agent Sala von den Bildern und äußert seine Vermutung, dass dort der Ursprung des neuen Grippe Virus ist.
24. Juli 2004: Die Grippewelle hat nun Europa erreicht. Der gesamte asiatische Kontinent ist erkrankt, mehr als
1 Milliarde Menschen sind bereits tot und eine weitere Milliarde sind bereits infiziert.
25. Juli 2004: Lt. Hanson hat einen freien Tag und trifft sich mit seiner, aus Kalifornien angereisten, Freundin.
Zur gleichen Zeit schaut sich ein Chinesischer General an wie in einem Quarantänelager mehrere Menschen gleichzeitig
sterben. Dann macht er einen Doktor für den Unfall im Pong Pjang Labor verantwortlich und als dieser die Verantwortung
nicht tragen will, lässt er ihn erschießen.
27. Juli 2004: Der US- Geheimdienst verfolgt eine Spur zu chinesischen Terroristen, die den Virus vermutlich
freigesetzt haben könnten. Die chinesische Regierung überlegt mit dem Unfall im Pong Pjang Labor an die Öffentlichkeit
zu gehen. Das US- Militär wird von den Vermutungen des Geheimdienstes unterrichtet. In Sydney sterben die ersten Menschen
an dem Grippe Virus.
2. August 2004: General Harry Heys wird damit beauftragt einen Punkt auf der Erde zu finden, zudem der Virus
nicht kommen kann.
3. August 2004: Die Deutsche Austauschstudentin Lindsay Hamilton fliegt in die USA um dort einen
Studentenaustausch zu beginnen. In Deutschland wird Dr. Lersch mit dem Entwickeln eines Gegenmittels beauftragt.
Zur gleichen Zeit hat ein Wissenschaftler, der von der US- Regierung beauftragt wurde ein Gegenmittel zu entwickeln, einen
Erfolg erzielt. Er hat herausgefunden, dass der Virus praktisch eine eigene DNS hat und ein Chromosom entwickelt, das
diese DNS beschädigen, wenn nicht sogar zerstören kann.
4. August 2004: Agent Sala findet heraus, dass nicht chinesische Terroristen hinter dem Virus stecken. In der
Zwischen Zeit beschließt die chinesische Regierung an die Öffentlichkeit zu gehen.
15. August 2004: Die US- Regierung lässt die nicht infizierten Menschen im Bundesstaat Florida in den
Militärstützpunkt von Pensacola bringen. Zudem wird Prof. Henry James zu dem Stützpunkt gebracht und eine Ärztin mit
Namen Dr. Elisabeth Lightman als Assistentin zugestellt.
21. August 2004: Der Militärstützpunkt Pensacola wird abgeriegelt und den Überlebenden Essen für ein halbes
Jahr dagelassen. Die Soldaten haben keine Chance sich von ihren Familien zu verabschieden.
27. August 2004: Die chinesische Regierung hält eine Pressekonferenz ab indem sie die Experimente mit mit einem
mutierten Grippevirus zugibt und auch das dieser ausgetreten ist. Agent Sala findet den Wissenschaftler Dr. May,
der den Virus unbewusst verbreitet hat, er ist wie durch ein Wunder nicht tödlich infiziert und sein Körper hat es
geschafft das Virus zu bekämpfen.
14. September 2004: In der Presse wird bekannt geben das mehr als 3 Milliarden Menschen mit dem Grippe Virus
infiziert sind und sterben werden.
4. Oktober 2004: Die Presse veröffentlicht mittlerweile nicht mehr die Todeszahlen, sondern nur noch die Anzahl
der Menschen die noch nicht mit dem Virus infiziert sind. Diese Zahl liegt zurzeit bei 4 Millionen Menschen. In
Pensacola versucht Lt. Hanson die Menschen zu beruhigen. Er ist mittlerweile der Stützpunktkommandant, sein
Vorgesetzter ist bereits tot.
6. Oktober 2004: Sgt. Robin Clarkson begibt sich mit einigen restlichen nicht infizieren Menschen, darunter
auch Lindsay Hamilton und General Harry Heys in den Stützpunkt Pensacola. Lt. Hanson informiert den General über die momentane Lage im Stützpunkt.
7. Oktober 2004: Lt. Hanson erfährt, dass seine Freundin Jane in einer Quarantänezone ist und den Virus in
sich trägt. Andere Regierungen richten Lager für die nicht infizierten Menschen ein.
21. Oktober 2004: Prof. James und Dr. Lightman kommen zu General Heys und Lt. Hanson. Prof. James berichtet
das der Virus allein in der Zeit in der er in dem Stützpunkt versucht sein Gegenmittel weiter zu entwickeln schon
fünfmal Mutiert ist. Er konnte sein Chromosom drei Mal anpassen. Doch jetzt mutiert der Virus so schnell, das man
selbst mit noch mehr Ärzten das Chromosom bis zur nächsten Mutationsstufe des Virus nicht mehr anpassen kann…

17. Juni 2004: Secret research base Pong Pjang near Beijing - China:
Several Chinese scientists are working on research into a mutant flu virus in order to develop an antidote. When one of the scientists wants to
take a sample, the container bursts with the virus and kills the man on the spot. After the auto-deadlock signal does not trigger, it takes a
full two minutes to notice what happened and the alarm goes off. Shortly before, a scientist sets off on the way home. The management of the
research base leaves everything closed off. But gradually all the scientists of the institution die after a few minutes of the virus. The
scientist who went home goes shopping and constantly sneezes. In fast motion we see how people are all hit by the viruses.
US military base Pensacola - Pensacola, Florida:
Lt. Hanson is instructed by his supervisor to take the lesson for his student. The news is that a new flu epidemic has broken out in China,
infecting the entire East Asian continent within two weeks. It is also unknown where in the country the virus broke out and where it came from.
But fears are mounting that the virus will soon reach Europe and the US.
US Intelligence branch at the American Embassy - Berlin, Germany:
The ambassador is shown by a colleague a satellite image in the seen as emerging from a Chinese laboratory, near Beijing, an unknown substance.
This satellite image is 2 weeks old. He orders Agent Sala to come.
He briefs Agent Sala on the images and expresses his suspicion that there is the source of the new flu virus.
July 24, 2004: The flu epidemic has now reached Europe. The entire Asian continent is ill, more than 1 billion people are already dead and
another billion are already infected.
July 25, 2004: Lt. Hanson has a day off and meets with his girlfriend from California. At the same time, a Chinese general watch as
several people die simultaneously in a quarantine camp. Then he blames a doctor for the accident in the Pong Pjang lab and when he does not want
to take the responsibility, he lets him shoot.
July 27, 2004: US intelligence is tracking down Chinese terrorists who may have released the virus. The Chinese government is considering

He has discovered that the virus has virtually its own DNA and develops a chromosome that can damage, if not destroy, these DNAs.
4 August 2004: Agent Sala finds out that non-Chinese terrorists are behind the virus. In the meantime, the Chinese government decides to go
public.
15 August 2004: The US government is sending uninfected people in the state of Florida to Pensacola's military base. In addition, Prof.
Henry James will be brought to the base and a doctor named Dr. med. Elisabeth Lightman as assistant.
August 21, 2004: The Pensacola military base will be cordoned off and left for half a year to the survivors. The soldiers have no chance
to say goodbye to their family.
August 27, 2004: The Chinese government is holding a press conference by admitting the experiments with a mutant flu virus, and it has
also withdrawn. Agent Sala finds the scientist Dr. May, who unconsciously spread the virus, miraculously did not get mortally infected and his body managed to fight the virus.
September 14, 2004: The press will announce that more than 3 billion people are infected with the flu virus and will die.
October 4, 2004: The press no longer publishes the death toll but only the number of people who are not yet infected with the virus. This

October 6, 2004: Sgt. Robin Clarkson goes to the Pensacola base with a few remaining non-infected humans, including Lindsay Hamilton and General Harry Heys. Lt. Hanson informs the general about the current situation in the base.
October 7, 2004: Lt. Hanson learns that his girlfriend Jane is in a quarantine zone carrying the virus. Other governments are setting up camps for the uninfected.
October 21, 2004: Prof. James and Dr. Lightman come to General Heys and Lt. Hanson. Prof. James reports that the virus is already mutated
five times in the period in which he is trying to develop his antidote at the base. He was able to adjust his chromosome three times. But now the
virus is mutating so fast that even with more doctors you cannot adapt the chromosome until the next mutation stage of the virus...

Erdbevölkerung wird auf weniger als 4 Millionen nicht infizierte Menschen reduziert. Mehrere Hundert Menschen finden eine
Zuflucht im US- Militärstützpunkt Pensacola. Lt. Hanson bekommt mitgeteilt, dass seine Freundin Jane mit dem Virus
infiziert ist und sterben wird. infiziert ist und sterben wird. Professor James kann der Geschwindigkeit in der das Virus
mutiert mit seinem Gegenmittel nicht folgen…
21. Oktober 2004: General Heys zeigt Prof. James und Lt. Hanson die Daten die er gesammelt hat. Mit Hilfe dieser
Daten finden sie heraus, dass sie in der Australischen Wüste vor dem Virus sicher sind, der sich auch durch Metall
fressen kann. Sie bereiten alles vor um dorthin auszuwandern und informieren die Rund 2 000 Lager auf der Erde, die
noch nicht infizierte Menschen beschützen. Sie versuchen sie über Kurzwelle zu erreichen.
Flüchtlingslager Ex- Elrador, Mexikanische Grenze:
Eine Ärztin stellt fest, dass die bewusstlose Jane Jackson nicht mit dem Virus infiziert ist. Dann erhält das Lager
die Informationen zur Umsiedlung in die Australische Wüste.
Berlin, Deutschland: Dr. Lersch macht sich auf den Weg nach Australien.
22. Oktober 2004 - Pensacola, Florida: Bürgermeister Kolben stirbt an dem Grippevirus. Die Menschen im
Militärstützpunkt werden noch einmal auf das Virus getestet.
Indonesische Wassergrenze zu Australien: Die entkommene Professorin Mikusa Marko hilft Agent Sala und Dr. May nach
Australien einzureisen und sich dort untersuchen zu lassen. Nach der Untersuchung bleibt ihnen nichts anderes übrig als
einige Stunden zu warten. Doch letztendlich bekommen sie positive Nachrichten. Sie haben alle nicht den Virus in sich.
Dann werden sie über die Flucht in die Wüste Australiens informiert.
Militärstützpunkt Pensacola: Lt. Hanson beauftragt Sgt. Clarkson die Austauschstudentin Lindsay Hamilton mit einer
F- 16 nach Australien zu fliegen. Sgt. Clarkson ist sich nicht sicher ob sie schon soweit ist ein Kampflugzeug zu fliegen,
doch Lt. Hanson setzt auf sie. General Heys bekommt mitgeteilt das Agent Sala mit einer japanischen Professorin und dem
Verbreiter des Virus nach Australien flüchten konnte und sie den Virus nicht in sich tragen. Prof. James macht sich mit
Lt. Hanson auf den Weg nach Australien.
24. Oktober 2004 – Sydney, Australien: Man hat die ganze Ausrüstung die man in der Wüste verwenden kann zusammen gepackt
und macht sich auf den Weg in die Wüste um das Lager aufzubauen. Die überlebenden es amerikanischen Kontinents machen sich
auf den Weg nach Australien.
Pensacola: Lt. Lightman packt ihre Sachen und reist mit General Heys und den Überlebenden nach Australien.
Australische Wüste: Lt. Hanson baut mit Sgt. Clarkson das Lager für den Pensacola Stützpunkt auf.
27. Oktober 2004: Alle Überlebenden sind im Lager in der Wüste. Man hat bis jetzt noch keinen einzigen
Einheimischen gesehen, da fangen die Krawalle zwischen den Menschen schon an. Menschen aus Arabien und Europa
beschuldigen sich dafür verantwortlich zu sein, das dieser Virus ausgebrochen ist.
Lt. Hanson kümmert sich um den jungen Samuel der seine ganze Familie wegen dem Virus verloren hat. In der Zwischen Zeit
versucht General Heys zusammen mit Sgt. Clarkson die Technik in Gang zu bringen. Lt. Holden und die freiwillige
Helferin Lesley Koporato machen sich auf den Weg um Wasser zu suchen. Lindsay Hamilton geht durch das mehrere
Quadratkilometer umfassende Flüchtlingslager und sieht das Elend das von der Menschheit zurück belieben ist –
keine Hoffnung, nur das Leben zählt. Am Abend spricht Lt. Hanson mit Sgt. Clarkson und die beiden erzählen sich zum
ersten Mal von ihren Familien und ihrer Vergangenheit. Dabei stellt sich heraus, dass Lt. Hanson keine Chance hatte
sich von seiner Familie zu verabschieden und er jetzt wenigsten versucht dem jungen Samuel zu helfen.
28. Oktober 2004: Prof. James redet mit Dr. May und fragt ihn über die Sicherheit in dem chinesischen Labor aus
und an was genau gearbeitet wurde. Dadurch erhofft er sich neue Möglichkeiten ein Gegenmittel zu entwickeln. Doch bei
dem Gespräch stellt sich nur heraus das die chinesische Regierung kein besonderes Interesse an Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
hatte und dass der Virus eine ganz andere Struktur bekommen hat als ursprünglich geplant. Als Lt. Holden zurück kommt
muss er einen Australier und einen Türken auseinander holen, die gerade dabei waren sich die Köpfe einzuschlagen. Im
Süden es Lagers, ungefähr 200km von Lt. Hanson weg, wacht seine Freundin auf und fragt, wo sie ist. Im Zentrum bricht
ein Aufstand aus, weil einige Leute behaupten die Araber wären für diesen Grippe Virus verantwortlich. General Heys hat
nicht die Mittel um die Leute zu trennen, er muss sich etwas anderes einfallen lassen. Lt. Hanson schlägt vor das er
eine Rede hält. Da es keinen besseren Vorschlag gibt, wird seine Rede vorbereitet, die er in drei Tagen halten will.
29. Oktober 2004: Lindsay Hamilton besucht Lt. Hanson und bedankt sich dafür das er sie gerettet hat. Sie will
ihm bei irgendetwas helfen und da hat Lt. Hanson auch schon die passende Idee. Sie hilft ihm die Rede zu schreiben.
31. Oktober 2004: Lt. Hanson hält seine Rede: „Wir alle haben in den letzten Wochen und Monaten familiäre,
freundschaftliche und persönliche Erfahrungen gemacht, die wir nie machen wollten. Wir mussten uns von unseren Familien,
Freunden und Verwandten verabschieden um hier hinzugehen, in die Wüste. Keinem von uns viel das leicht. Manche hatten
gar nicht die Chance sich von ihren Familien und Freunden zu verabschieden. Wir haben alle Freunde, Eltern oder
Geschwister verloren, wir sollten froh sein das wir nicht auch zu den Toten gehören. Das wir eine zweite Chance
bekommen haben – wir alle 3,5 Millionen Menschen. Man sollte denken, dass durch so ein Ereignis die Leute aufwachen
und wir endlich lernen in einer Gemeinschaft zusammen zu leben. Doch diesen Eindruck hatte ich bis jetzt noch nicht.
In den letzten Tagen kamen bei mir immer wieder Berichte herein, in denen von Auseinandersetzungen gesprochen wurde.
Menschen schlagen sich die Köpfe ein, zwei haben sich sogar getötet. Ich höre von Vorurteilen. Manche sagen, die Iraker
oder die Afrikaner sind schuld daran, dass dieser Virus ausgebrochen ist. Andere sagen, dass die Chinesen Schuld haben.
Ich könnte noch mehr aufzählen, doch ich möchte sagen, dass diese Vorurteile lächerlich sind. Keiner der Menschen die
dies gesagt haben, haben sich die Meinung oder die Ansicht der Menschen angehört die sie beschuldigen - Keiner.
Diese Menschen sind nicht daran schuld was ihre Regierung oder Terroristen, die aus ihrem Land kommen gemacht haben.
Keiner der Menschen, dieser Bevölkerung hat etwas damit zu tun, keiner von ihnen hat diese Vorurteile verdient.
Was glauben sie, wenn jeder hier in diesem Lager, jeder der 3,5 Millionen Flüchtlinge seiner Wut und seinen Vorurteilen
freien Lauf lassen würde, würde dann geschehen. Ich glaube das sich jeder hier mit jedem Schlagen würde, jeder würde
dem anderen den Kopf einschlagen. Wenn dies so wäre würde ich der gesamten Menschheit nur 2 Wochen geben in denen sie
noch existiert und sich verprügelt. Wir dürfen dies nicht zulassen. Wir können es uns nicht mehr leisten, uns die Köpfe
einzuschlagen und zu sagen, es war ja nur ein Mensch, es gibt so viele von uns. Wir haben keine Zeit mehr uns mit solchen
Vorurteilen zu beschäftigen. Wir haben hier eine Aufgabe und die heißt: die Menschheit muss überleben und das kann sie nur,
wenn wir uns nicht die Köpfe einschlagen und uns endlich die Ansichten und Meinungen unserer Mitmenschen anhören. Wir
müssen lernen, uns die Meinung unserer Mitmenschen anzuhören, sie zu akzeptieren und sie zu respektieren. Wenn wir uns
jetzt anfangen würden zu bekriegen, dann wird es keinen Sieger geben. Keiner von uns kann hier alleine überleben.
Als einzelne Person haben wir hier keine Chance weiter zu leben. Wir können nur weiterleben indem wir uns zu einer Gemeinschaft zusammenschließen, in der wir
Vorurteilen keine Chance geben, weil wir unsere Mitmenschen kennen, indem wir gemeinsam Entscheidungen treffen und als Gemeinschaft, in der jeder jedem hilft
weiterleben, nur so können wir überleben.“

In the last episode of Vanishing Point: From a Chinese laboratory breaks out a new flu virus. The entire earth population is
reduced to less than 4 million uninfected people. Several hundred people find shelter in the US military base Pensacola. Lt. Hanson is told that
his girlfriend Jane is infected with the virus and is going to die. is infected and will die. Professor James can not follow the speed at which
the virus mutates with its antidote ...
October 21, 2004: General Heys shows Prof. James and Lt. Hanson the data he collected. With the help of these data, they find that they

Indonesian water border with Australia: The escaped Professor Mikusa Marko helps Agent Sala and Dr. May to enter Australia and be
examined there. After the examination, they have no choice but to wait a few hours. But in the end, they get positive news. They do not all
have the virus in them. Then they are informed about the escape into the desert of Australia.
Military Base Pensacola: Lt. Hanson commissions Sgt. Clarkson to fly exchange student Lindsay Hamilton to Australia on an F-16.
Sgt. Clarkson is not sure if she's ready to fly a fighter, but Lt. Hanson is counting on her. General Heys is told that Agent Sala escaped
to Australia with a Japanese professor and the virus' propagator, and they do not carry the virus. Prof. James goes with Lt. Hanson on the way to Australia.
October 24, 2004 - Sydney, Australia: All the equipment that's usable in the desert is packed together and set off to the desert to
build the camp. The survivors on the American continent are on their way to Australia.
Pensacola: Lt. Lightman packs her things and travels to Australia with General Heys and the survivors.
Australian desert: Lt. Hanson builds the camp for the Pensacola base with Sgt. Clarkson.
October 27, 2004: All survivors are in the camp in the desert. One has not yet seen a single native, since the riots between people
already begin. People from Arabia and Europe blame themselves for being responsible for this virus breaking out.
Lt. Hanson takes care of the young Samuel who has lost his whole family because of the virus. In the meantime, General Heys and Sgt. Clarkson
are trying to set the technology in motion. Lt. Holden and Volunteer Lesley Koporato set out to seek water. Lindsay Hamilton walks through the
several square kilometers of refugee camp and sees the misery that is left behind by humanity - no hope, only life counts. In the evening,
Lt. Hanson with Sgt. Clarkson and the two tell each other for the first time about their families and their past. It turns out that Lt. Hanson
had no chance to say goodbye to his family and now he tries to help little Samuel.
October 28, 2004: Prof. James talks to Dr. May and asks him about the safety in the Chinese lab and what exactly was being worked on.
By doing so, he hopes to find new ways to develop an antidote. But in the conversation, it turns out only that the Chinese government had no
special interest in security arrangements and that the virus has got a very different structure than originally planned. As Lt. When Holden
comes back, he has to get an Australian and a Turk apart, who were about to hit their heads. In the south of the camp, about 200km from
Lt. Hanson wakes up, wakes up his girlfriend and asks where she is. In the center, a riot breaks out because some people claim that Arabs
are responsible for this flu virus. General Heys does not have the means to separate people, he has to come up with something different.
Lt. Hanson suggests he give a speech. Since there is no better proposal, his speech is prepared, which he wants to hold in three days.
October 29, 2004: Lindsay Hamilton visits Lt. Hanson and thank you for saving her. She wants to help him with something and
Lt. Hanson also the right idea. She helps him to write the speech.
October 31, 2004: Lt. Hanson delivers his speech: "We have all had family, friendly and personal experiences in the past weeks and
months that we never wanted to do. We had to say goodbye to our families, friends and relatives to go here, to the desert. None of us much
that easy. Some did not even have the chance to say goodbye to their families and friends. We have lost all friends, parents or siblings,
we should be glad that we do not belong to the dead. That we got a second chance - we all 3.5 million people. One should think that through
such an event people wake up and we finally learn to live together in a community. But I have not had that impression yet. In the last few
days reports came in to me in which were spoken of disputes. People hit their heads, two even killed themselves. I hear about prejudices.
Some say the Iraqis or Africans are responsible for the virus breaking out. Others say that the Chinese are to blame. I could list more,
but I would say that these prejudices are ridiculous. None of the people who said this have heard the opinions or opinions of those who
accuse them - none. These people are not to blame for what their government or terrorists have come from their country. None of the people,
this population has anything to do with it, none of them has earned these prejudices. What do you think would happen if everyone here in this camp,
each of the 3.5 million refugees, would let their anger and prejudice go wild? I think everyone here would beat with every beat; everyone would beat the
other's head. If that were so, I would give the whole of humanity only 2 weeks in which it still exists and gets beaten up. We cannot allow this. We can no longer afford
to bang our heads and say it was just human, there are so many of us. We have no time to deal with such prejudices. We have a role here, which means that humanity must
survive, and it can only do so if we do not break our heads and finally listen to the views and opinions of our fellow human beings. We must learn to listen to, accept
and respect the opinions of others. If we started to fight now, then there will be no winner. None of us can survive here alone. As a single person, we have
no chance to live here. We can only continue to live by joining together in a community where we do not give prejudice a chance, because we know our fellow human beings, by
making decisions together and as a community in which everyone helps everyone live on, only so we can survive."

Die Menschen fangen an zu überlegen was es bedeutet, dass sie die letzten einer ganzen Rasse sind. Lindsay Hamilton nutzt
die Zeit um ebenfalls einige Worte an die Menschen zu richten mit denen sie direkt zu tun hat. Sie erzählt wie sich die
Menschen in Ihrer Heimat die Meinung anderer anhören und sie bittet auch die Leute mit denen sie zu tun hat so zu handeln.
Etwas später beginnt ein Mann zu sprechen. Er sagt, dass die Menschen sich dafür entschieden haben in einer Gemeinschaft
zu leben um zu überleben. Dann rufen alle „Zusammenhalt“.
Während dessen bekommt Lt. Hanson von Lt. Holden mitgeteilt das 40% der Nahrungsvorräte verschimmelt sind und dass es
höchsten noch für einen Monat Nahrung gibt. Lt. Hanson teilt dies General Heys und Dr. Lightman mit. General Heys schlägt
vor die Nahrung von drei Malzeiten auf zwei zu ratsunieren, doch dies ist keine langfristige Lösung und bringt höchsten
1 ½ Monate. Lt. Hanson schlägt vor schnellsten Notfallpläne auszuarbeiten um Nahrung zu erzeugen oder Notfalls zurück
zu kehren. Jane lernt eine Frau Namens Gina Delbock kennen, die ihr Hilft mit ihrer Situation fertig zu werden. Auch Jane
ahnt nicht das ihr Freund Tim noch am Leben ist. Lt. Hanson, Dr. Lightman und Sgt. Clarkson versuchen einen Plan
auszuarbeiten um herauszufinden, wie sie am schnellsten Getreide anpflanzen können, doch ohne Wasser geht so etwas nicht
und die Wasserreserven die noch vorhanden sind, braucht man für die Menschen. Ein Geistesblitz veranlasst Lt. Hanson
die noch vorhandene Computerdatenbank zu durchsuchen und er findet einen Plan von Geologen die die Wasservorkommen in der
Wüste Australiens kartographiert haben. Das nächste Wasservorkommen ist etwa 87 km in nördlicher Richtung. Er
beauftragt Lt. Holden Lindsay Hamilton und Dr. May zu holen und sich auf den Weg zu diesem Wasservorkommen zu machen.
Lt. Hanson macht sich mit Sgt. Clarkson und Samuel auf den Weg zum Ayers Rock der nur 20 km von ihnen entfernt ist –
ebenfalls in nördlicher Richtung. Sie wollen schauen ob sie einen Punkt finden an dem sie ihr Getreide anpflanzen können.
General Heys gibt Prof. James und Prof. Marko die letzte Tüte mit verwertbaren Samenkörnern und ihnen den Auftrag diese so
schnell wie möglich zu klonen oder wie auch immer zu vermehren. Lt. Hanson holt Samuel ab und sagt ihm, dass sie jetzt
einen Ausflug zum Ayers Rock machen. Samuel freut sich riesig. Es ist spät in der Nacht geworden und Lt. Holden schlägt
das Lager für die Nacht auf. Lt. Hanson, Samuel und Sgt. Clarkson sind noch gut 10 km vom Ayers Rock entfernt und schlagen
ebenfalls ihr Nachtlager auf. Am Abend steht Lt. Hanson in der Wüste und denkt an Jane. Er ist sich fast sicher, dass sie
noch lebt. Es ist ein Gefühl das ihm diesen Glauben verleiht. Dann kommt Robin Clarkson und merkt sofort, dass er an Jane
denkt. Sie versucht ihn zu trösten. Doch Lt. Hanson kann sich ein Leben ohne Jane nicht vorstellen. Er zeigt das die
Situation in die Menschheit steckt auch an ihm nicht spurlos vorüber geht. Robin sagt ihm, dass es weitergehen wird und
sie schon viel geschafft haben. Zur gleichen Zeit frieren die Menschen im Lager bei der Nachtkälte. Jane ist in ihrem Zelt
und realisiert das sie ihren Freund verloren hat und weint sich die Augen aus. Robin holt Tims Hand und holt ihn zurück
ins Nachtlager. Als Tim schläft legt sie sich neben ihn und hält seine Hand und schläft ein. Gina tröstet Jane und Tim
merkt, dass Robin neben ihm liegt und ihr Kopf auf seiner Schulter. Da merkt er das er nicht allein ist und dass das Leben weitergeht, trotz der Schmerzen des Verlustes…

People are starting to think about what it means to be the last of a whole race. Lindsay Hamilton uses the time also to address a few words
to the people with whom she has to do directly. She tells how the people in your homeland listen to the opinions of others and she also asks
7the people she is dealing with to act like that.
A little later, a man begins to speak. He says that people have chosen to live in a community to survive. Then everyone calls "cohesion".
During that, Lt. Hanson of Lt. Holden reported that 40% of the food stocks are moldy and that there is a maximum of one more food for one month.
Lt. Hanson shares this with General Heys and dr. Lightman with. General Heys suggests eating from three times to two, but this is not a long-term
solution and will take a maximum of 1 ½ months. Lt. Hanson suggests working out the fastest contingency plans to produce food or return emergency
food. Jane meets a woman named Gina Delbock, who helps her cope with her situation. Even Jane does not suspect that her boyfriend Tim is still
alive. Lt. Hanson, dr. Lightman and Sgt. Clarkson are trying to work out a plan to find out how to grow crops the fastest, but without water it
does not work and the water reserves that are left are needed for humans. A brainstorm causes Lt. Hanson to search the still existing computer
database and find a plan from geologists mapping the water resources in the desert of Australia. The nearest water source is about 87 km to the
north. He commissions Lt. Holden Lindsay Hamilton and dr. May to pick up and make their way to this water resources. Lt. Hanson sets off with
Sgt. Clarkson and Samuel on the way to Ayers Rock which is only 20 km away - also in a northerly direction. They want to see if they can find
a place where they can plant their crops. General Heys gives Prof. James and Prof. Marko the last bag of usable seeds and orders them to clone
or increase them as quickly as possible. Lt. Hanson picks Samuel up and tells him that they're going on a trip to Ayers Rock. Samuel is very
happy. It has become late at night and Lt. Holden opens the camp for the night. Lt. Hanson, Samuel and Sgt. Clarkson are still a good 10 km from
Ayers Rock and also set up their camp. In the evening Lt. Hanson in the desert and thinks of Jane. He is almost certain that she is still alive.
It is a feeling that gives him this belief. Then Robin Clarkson comes in and immediately realizes that he is thinking of Jane. She tries to
comfort him. But Lt. Hanson cannot imagine a life without Jane. He shows that the situation in humanity is not without a trace. Robin tells him
that it will continue and they have already done a lot. At the same time people are freezing in the camp at night cold. Jane is in her tent
realizing that she has lost her boyfriend and is crying. Robin gets Tim's hand and brings him back to the camp. When Tim sleeps, she lays down
next to him and holds his hand and falls asleep. Gina comforts Jane and Tim realizes that Robin is lying next to him and her head on his
shoulder. Then he realizes that he is not alone and that life goes on, despite the pain of the loss...

Lt. Hanson schläft legt sich Sgt. Clarkson beben ihn…
Lt. Hanson wacht auf und merkt das Sgt. Clarkson neben ihm liegt. Er steht auf und schaut sich um. Im Lager werden schon
die ersten Gesichter länger, wegen der Nahrungseinsparungen. Prof. James und Prof. Marko kommen einfach nicht weiter, sie
finden keine Möglichkeit die Samen zu klonen. Lt. Hanson nimmt über Funk Kontakt mit Lt. Holden auf und fragt
ihn, wo er sei. Er befindet sich mit den beiden anderen etwa 27 Kilometer vom Wasservorkommen entfernt. Lt. Hanson,
Sgt. Clarkson und Samuel kommen am Ayers Rock an und ruhen sich erst einmal kurz aus. General Heys muss sich im Lager
um ein Schlägerei kümmern in der zwei junge Männer um eine Frau kämpfen die keine geringere als Lesley Koporato ist.
Er übergibt die beiden Streithähne Thomas Focken und Perry Paper. Agent Sala versucht mit den beiden zu reden,
doch bis das vernünftig geht dauert es noch ein wenig. Agent Sala fesselt beide erstmal für ein paar Stunden.
3 Stunden später erreichen Lt. Holden und die beiden anderen das Wasservorkommen. Sie beginnen es auf Bakterien zu
untersuchen. Lt. Hanson und Sgt. Clarkson suchen einen etwas schattigeren Ort um das Getreide später anpflanzen zu können.
Dr. Lightman hilft Prof. James bei der Suche nach einem Weg die Samen zu klonen. Dr. Lersch geht durchs Lager und trifft
auf Jane. Gina Delbock bittet ihn, Jane etwas über den Tod ihres Freundes Tim hinweg zu helfen. Dr. May findet in dem
Wasser ein paar Bakterien, die man aber durch abkochen zerstören kann. Lt. Holden informiert Lt. Hanson über den
Bakterien Fund. Lt. Hanson sagt ihm, dass er so viel Wasser wie möglich ins Lager bringen soll.
Bei der Suche nach einem Ort um neues Getreide anzupflanzen findet Lt. Hanson eine Stelle, wo man eventuell Getreide
anpflanzen kann. Sgt. Clarkson hat in der Zwischen Zeit das Gefühl, als ob sie beobachtet werden. Samuel behauptet er
hätte einen Schatten gesehen. Dr. Lightman und Prof. Marko finden ein Chromosomenpaar in der Samen DNA mit der man
eventuell die Replizierung der gesamten DNA und damit der Samen anregen könnte. Lt. Holden, Lindsay Hamilton und
Dr. May kommen zurück ins Lager und bringen Dr. Lersch das Wasser. Agent Sala schafft es endlich mit Thomas Focken und
Perry Paper zu sprechen. Sie fragt diese, warum sie sich geprügelt haben. Lt. Hanson, Sgt. Clarkson und Samuel kehren
zum Lager zurück. Dr. Lersch trinkt das Wasser das Lt. Holden mitgebracht hat. In einem ruhigen Moment spricht Lt. Hanson
Sgt. Clarkson darauf an, warum sie ihren Kopf in der Nacht auf ihm liegen hatte. Sgt. Clarkson rechtfertigt dies damit,
dass sie ihn sehr bewundert. Doch Lt. Hanson sagt nur, dass er schon weiß was sie meint. Sgt. Clarkson lächelt einfach
nur. Dr. Lersch scheint irgendwie schlecht zu sein. Prof. James findet heraus, wie sie mit der wenigen Technologie, die
sie dort haben, die Samen klonen können. Lt. Hanson bekommt die Nachricht vom General, dass er ihn befördern will.
Jane geht es nach dem Gespräch mit Dr. Lersch scheinbar besser. Sie kann den Tod ihres Freundes besser verarbeiten.
Lt. Hanson lädt Sgt. Clarkson zum Abendessen ein. Beim gemeinsamen Abendessen beschließen beide sich nicht über den Job
zu unterhalten, was zwar fast unmöglich ist aber sie schaffen es. Sie erzählen sich von ihren ersten Freunden/in und
erstem Kuss. Das Gespräch führt unweigerlich dazu, dass sich beide näherkommen und sich zum Ende ihres Dates küssen.
Am nächsten Morgen kommt Dr. Lightman zu Lt. Hanson und sagt ihm, dass es in dem mit gebrachtem Wasser nur so von
Bakterien wimmelt, obwohl Dr. May bei seinem gestrigen Test nur wenige Bakterien festgestellt hat. Dr. Lightman sagt auch,
dass seine Tests richtig waren, doch das Wasser hat sich auf dem Weg ins Lager verändert. Es ist jetzt tödlich.
Dr. Lersch beginnt in seinem Zelt Blut zu spucken. Dr. Lightman will wissen von wem das Wasser untersucht wurde und
Lt. Hanson sagt von Dr. Lersch. Sie machen sich sofort mit zwei Wachen auf den Weg zu Dr. Lerschs Zelt. Dieser fällt in
der zwischen Zeit zu Boden. Als Lt. Hanson, Dr. Lightman, Sgt. Clarkson und eine weitere Wache in das Zelt kommen sind
überall Blutspritzer. Lt. Hanson sagt, dass niemand mit dem Blut in Berührung kommen darf. Dr. Lightman stellt den Tod von Dr. Lersch fest…

Lt. Hanson wakes up and realizes that Sgt. Clarkson is lying next to him. He gets up and looks around. Already in the warehouse the first faces
longer because of the food savings. Prof. James and Prof. Marko just cannot get on, they cannot find a way to clone the seeds. Lt. Hanson
contacts Lt. Get up and ask him where he is. It is located with the other two about 27 kilometers from the water resources. Lt. Hanson,
Sgt. Clarkson and Samuel arrive at Ayers Rock and rest for a while. General Heys has to deal with a fight in the camp in which two young men
fight for a woman who is none other than Lesley Koporato. He hands over the two brawlers Thomas Focken and Perry Paper. Agent Sala tries to
talk to them, but it takes a while until it's done well. Agent Sala captures both for a few hours. 3 hours later Lt. Holden and the other two
the water resources. They begin to study bacteria. Lt. Hanson and Sgt. Clarkson are looking for a shadier place to plant the crop later.
Dr. Lightman helps Prof. James to find a way to clone the seeds. Dr. Lersch goes through the camp and meets Jane. Gina Delbock asks him to
help Jane with the death of her friend Tim. Dr. May finds some bacteria in the water, which you can destroy by boiling. Lt. Holden informs
Lt. Hanson on the bacteria find. Lt. Hanson tells him to bring as much water as possible to the camp. When looking for a place to grow new
crops, Lt. Hanson a place where you can possibly plant crops. Sgt. Clarkson has in the meantime the feeling that they are being watched.
Samuel claims he saw a shadow. Dr. Lightman and Prof. Marko find a pair of chromosomes in the seed DNA that could possibly be used to stimulate
the replication of the entire DNA and thus the seed. Lt. Holden, Lindsay Hamilton and dr. May come back to the camp and bring dr. Lark the
water. Agent Sala finally manages to talk to Thomas Focken and Perry Paper. She asks them why they got beaten up. Lt. Hanson, Sgt. Clarkson
and Samuel return to the camp. Dr. Lersch drinks the water the Lt. Holden has brought. In a quiet moment, Lt. Hanson Sgt. Clarkson on why she
had her head on him in the night. Sgt. Clarkson justifies this by admiring him a lot. But Lt. Hanson just says that he already knows what she
means. Sgt. Clarkson just smiles. Dr. Lersch seems to be bad somehow. Prof. James finds out how they can clone the seeds with the little
technology they have there. Lt. Hanson gets the message from the general that he wants to transport him. Jane is talking to Dr. Lersch
apparently better. She can handle the death of her friend better. Lt. Hanson invites Sgt. Clarkson for dinner. While having dinner together,
they both decide not to talk about the job, which is almost impossible, but they can do it. They talk about their first friends and first kiss.
The conversation inevitably causes them to come closer and kiss each other at the end of their date. The next morning Dr. Lightman to
Lt. Hanson and tell him that the water brought here is just so full of bacteria. May found only a few bacteria in his yesterday's test.
Dr. Lightman also says that his tests were correct, but the water has changed on the way to the camp. It is deadly now. Dr. Lersch starts
spitting blood in his tent. Dr. Lightman wants to know from whom the water was investigated and Lt. Hanson says of Dr. Lersch. They set off
with two guards immediately to Dr. med. Lersch's tent. This falls in the meantime to the ground. As Lt. Hanson, Dr. Lightman, Sgt. Clarkson and another guard in the tent
are spattering blood everywhere. Lt. Hanson says no one should come in contact with the blood. Dr. Lightman presents the death of Dr. Lersch firmly...

getestet. Um Lesley Koporato schlagen sich zwei Jungen die von Agent Sala unter die Fittiche genommen werden. Dr. Lightman stellt fest das, dass Wasser aus dem
Wasserloch voller Bakterien und tödlich ist. Dr. Lersch trinkt von dem Wasser und spuckt schon bald Blut. Als Lt. Hanson davon erfährt, sucht er sofort mit Dr. Lightman
und Sgt. Clarkson Dr. Lersch auf, doch Dr. Lightman kann nur noch seinen Tod feststellen…
Lt. Hanson kann nur hoffen, dass das Wasser nicht an andere Leute gekommen ist. Doch wenig später kommt ein Soldat herein und berichtet, dass das Wasser was draußen
in einer Wanne ist, ebenfalls verseucht ist. Lt. Hanson läuft heraus und fragt, ob jemand von dem Wasser getrunken hat. Agent Sala befragt immer noch die beiden
Jungs, die sich anscheinend um Lesley Koporato geschlagen haben, wobei die wahren Gründe wohl noch im Dunkeln liegen. Die Nachricht vom Tode von Dr. Lersch
breitet sich im Lager aus. Prof. James und Prof. Marko ist es gelungen die Samen zu klonen, doch dies geschah nur durch Zufall. Lindsay Hamilton geht zu Lt. Hanson und
will, dass er Thomas Focken aus den Händen von Agent Sala holt. Doch der will wissen warum. Prof. James gelingt es den Klonprozess zu rekonstruieren. Doch er muss seine
Forschung einstellen, denn er benutzte das Wasser aus der infizierten Quelle um die Samen zu klonen. Dr. May und Dr. Lightman machen sich mit mehreren Soldaten auf den
Weg zum Wasserloch um das Wasser weiter zu untersuchen. Lt. Hanson bittet Agent Sala die beiden Jungen in Ruhe zu lassen. Doch diese ist nicht dazu bereit, außer sie
kennt den Grund den Lindsay Hamilton anscheinend kennt. Lt. Hanson entschließt sich noch einmal mit Lindsay Hamilton zu reden und fragt sie, warum sie möchte,
dass die Beiden freikommen. Nur schwer gesteht sie ihm, dass sie sich in Thomas Focken verliebt hat. Sie bittet ihn, daher eindringlich zu versuchen ihn frei zu
bekommen. Lt. Hanson sagt ihr, dass er die Leute die sich nicht an die Gesetzte halten genauso behandeln muss, wie in der zivilisierten Welt. Lindsay erwidert, dass er
ihr keine zivilisierte Welt mehr gibt. Lt. Hanson korrigiert sie und sagt, dass sich die zivilisierte Welt nur in eine fast menschenunwürdige Gegend zurückgezogen hat.
Außerdem betont er, dass die Werte der zivilisierten Welt trotz aller Widrigkeiten hier bewahrt werden müssen. Denn irgendwann wird man in die alte Welt zurückkehren.
Trotzdem sagt er ihr, dass er versucht ihn frei zu bekommen. Dr. Lightman und Dr. May sind am Wasserloch und untersuchen das Wasser noch mal und finden nur wenige
und ungefährliche Bakterien. Es steht fest, dass das Wasser durch die Hitze verändert wurde. Lt. Hanson redet noch einmal mit Agent Sala und anschließend mit
Thomas Focken. Dann nimmt er ihn mit. Thomas Focken geht zu Lindsay Hamilton und bedankt sich bei ihr und sie sagt ihm, dass sie ihn liebt. Er streichelt ihr über die Backe.
Lt. Hanson beobachtet sie und lächelt. Dann geht er zu seinem Zelt und begegnet Robin und sie strahlt ihn einfach nur an und Tim lächelt zurück. Dann gehen alle schlafen…

Previously on Vanishing Point: Lt. Holden finds with Dr. med. May and Lindsay Hamilton the water hole. He brings the water to the camp. There it is from
Dr. med. Lersch tested. To Lesley Koporato beat two boys who are taken by Agent Sala under the wing. Dr. Lightman states that water from the water hole is full of bacteria
and deadly. Dr. Lersch drinks from the water and spits blood soon. As Lt. Hanson finds out about it, he immediately looks for Lightman and Sgt. Clarkson Lersch on, but
Dr. Lightman can only determine his death ...
Lt. Hanson can only hope that the water did not reach other people. But a little later, a soldier comes in and reports that the water that is outside in a tub is also
contaminated. Lt. Hanson walks out and asks if anyone has drunk of the water. Agent Sala is still questioning the two boys, who seem to have beaten Lesley Koporato, with
the real reasons probably still in the dark. The news of the death of Dr. Lersch spreads in the camp. Prof. James and Prof. Marko have been able to clone the seeds, but
this happened only by accident. Lindsay Hamilton goes to Lt. Hanson and wants him to pick Thomas Focken out of the hands of Agent Sala. But he wants to know why.
Prof. James succeeds in reconstructing the cloning process. But he has to stop his research because he used the water from the infected source to clone the seeds.
Dr. May and Dr. Lightman and several soldiers make their way to the water hole to further investigate the water.
Lt. Hanson asks Agent Sala to leave the two boys alone. But she is not ready to do that unless she knows the reason Lindsay Hamilton apparently knows. Lt. Hanson decides
to talk to Lindsay Hamilton again and asks her why she wants the two to be free. Hardly she confesses to him that she has fallen in love with Thomas Focken. She asks him
to urgently try to get him free. Lt. Hanson tells her that he has to treat the people who do not adhere to the law as well as in the civilized world. Lindsay replies
that he no longer gives her a civilized world. Lt. Hanson corrects them and says that the civilized world has only retreated to an almost untrustworthy area. He also
emphasizes that the values of the civilized world must be preserved despite all the adversities here. Because at some point you will return to the old world.
Nevertheless, he tells her that he is trying to get him free. Dr. Lightman and dr. May are at the waterhole and examine the water again and find only a few and harmless
bacteria. It is clear that the water was changed by the heat. Lt. Hanson talks again with Agent Sala and then with Thomas Focken. Then he takes him with him. Thomas
Focken goes to Lindsay Hamilton and thanks her and she tells him that she loves him. He strokes her cheek. Lt. Hanson watches her and smiles. Then he goes to his tent
and meets Robin and she just shines at him and Tim smiles back. Then everyone goes to sleep...

vor, als ob sie beobachtet würden…
24. November 2004: Prof. James und Prof. Marko pflanzen am Ayers Rock die geklonten Samenkörner ein. Mittlerweile
ist es Dr. Lightman gelungen ein Transportverfahren zu entwickeln das, dass Wasser unbeschadet zum Ayers Rock bringt.
Doch kurz bevor es dort ankommt sieht Dr. Marko unerklärliche Schatten, die sich schnell wegbewegen und hört leise
Stimmen. Kurz danach wird sie niedergeschlagen und weggeschleift. Prof. James findet wenig später die Schleifspuren und
informiert sofort Lt. Hanson. Der stellt einen Suchtrupp zusammen an dem sich auch Lindsay Hamilton und Thomas Focken
beteiligen. Lesley Koporato glaubt das es die Ureinwohner von Australien sind, die Dr. Marko haben. Sie sagt
Sgt. Clarkson, dass sie deren Sprache spricht. Dr. Marko wacht in einer Höhle auf und ein unbekannter Mann sitzt vor ihr.
Dr. Marko schreckt zurück. Der Mann jedoch gibt ihr langsam Wasser in einem Holzgefäß und Essen auf einer Steinplatte. Bei
der Suchaktion wird Prof. Marko nicht gefunden. Samuel findet am Ayers Rock einen Felsspalt und etwas was sich darin
bewegt. Er läuft zu Lt. Hanson und erzählt ihm davon. Prof. Marko isst etwas und ist verwundert, als der Mann der neben
ihr sitzt, anfängt gebrochen ihrer Sprache zu sprechen. Lt. Hanson kommt mit Dr. Lightman und Sgt. Clarkson zu der
Felsspalte. Er leuchtet mit einer Taschenlampe hinein und entdeckt, dass es der Eingang zu einer Höhle zu sein scheint.
Sie begeben sich in die Höhle und fühlen sich zu Recht vom ersten Moment an beobachtet. Sie gehen weiter in die Höhle
des Ayers Rock herein. Hinter ihnen bewegen sich Menschen von der Decke und verfolgen sie. Sie kommen in eine etwas
größere Auswuchtung der Höhle und sehen einen Mann der sich um Prof. Marko kümmert. Dann entdecken sie, dass hinter ihnen
jemand ist. Der Mann sagt: "Seit nicht beunruhigt. Wir wollen Euch nichts tun." Im Lager spricht sich die Entführung von
Prof. Marko herum und alle werden nervös. Jane bekommt es mit der Angst zu tun als auf einmal ein älterer ungepflegter
Mann mit einem Sperr in der Hand in ihrem Zelt steht. Lt. Hanson freut sich darüber das man endlich Kontakt zu den
Ureinwohnern Australiens, denn Aborigine hat. Sie setzten sich um ein kleines Lagerfeuer in die Höhle und der Aborigine
erzählt wie sie sich vor der Krankheit, von der sie gehört haben, versteckt haben. Samuel holt in der Zwischen Zeit
Lesley Koporato damit Lt. Hanson sich besser mit dem Mann verständigen kann. Der Mann der bei Jane im Zelt steht sagt ihr
seinen Namen: „Kopauranti“ und erzählt ihr von dem Aborigine. Dann führt Jane ihn im Lager herum, um ihm zu zeigen was
von der Menschheit übriggeblieben ist. Lesley Koporato kommt in die Höhle. Lt. Hanson und der Aborigine, dessen Name
Olisoa ist, können nun in Ihrer Muttersprache sprechen, da Lesley Koporato übersetzen kann. Dies macht es ihnen viel
einfacher zu erzählen und zu berichten. Lt. Hanson lädt den Aborigine ins Lager ein und der nimmt diese Einladung gerne
an. Dort will er mehr über die Menschen erfahren. Sie machen sich sofort auf den Weg ins Lager. Dort angekommen stellt,
Lt. Hanson ihm General Heys und Professor James vor. Es ist schon am späten Nachmittag, da kommt Samuel zu Lt. Hanson
mit einem Kassettenrekorder, den er noch gefunden hat und fragt, ob man die Aborigines nicht einmal in unsere Musikkultur
einweihen sollte. Obwohl Lt. Hanson weiß, dass die Aborigines durchaus schon Kontakt zur restlichen Menschheit hatten,
denkt er, es könnte eine Chance sein, den Kontakt mit den Aborigine zu vertiefen. Kurze Zeit später bringt Lt. Holden
Kopauranti zu einem erneuten treffen mit Lt. Hanson. Lt. Hanson stellt ihm Samuel vor und erzählt ihm von Samuels Idee,
Musik von ihm zu spielen. Olisoa und Kopauranti sind dem aufgeschlossen und Samuel sagt nur drei Wörter:
„Jetzt wird abgerockt!“ Samuel schaltet den Kassettenrekorder ein und die Musik startet. Samuel beginnt mit
rhythmischen Tanzbewegungen. Olisoa und Kopauranti machen ein komisches nicht verstehendes Gesicht und Lesley Koporato
übersetzt ihnen dies als „Schnelles und bewegungsvolles Tanzen.“ Beide Aborigine lächeln und fangen an langsam mit zu
tanzen. Lt. Hanson schließt sich den tanzenden an und wenig später tanzen alle und haben viel Freude.

November 24, 2004: Prof. James and Prof. Marko plant the cloned seeds at Ayers Rock. Meanwhile it is Dr. med. Lightman has managed to
develop a transport process that brings water unscathed to Ayers Rock. But just before it arrives, Dr. Marko inexplicable shadows that move
quickly away and hear soft voices. Shortly thereafter, she is crushed and dragged away. Prof. James finds the sanding tracks a little later
and informs Lt. Hanson. He puts together a search party in which also Lindsay Hamilton and Thomas Focken take part. Lesley Koporato believes
that it is the aborigines of Australia Marko have. She tells Sgt. Clarkson she speaks their language. Dr. Marko wakes up in a cave and an
unknown man sits in front of her. Dr. Marko recoils. The man, however, slowly gives her water in a wooden jar and food on a stone slab.
In the search action Prof. Marko is not found. Samuel finds a crevice and something moving in Ayers Rock. He runs to Lt. Hanson and tell him
about it. Prof. Marko eats something and is amazed when the man sitting next to her starts to speak brokenly of her language. Lt. Hanson
comes with Dr. Lightman and Sgt. Clarkson to the crevice. He lights up with a flashlight and discovers that it seems to be the entrance to
a cave. They go into the cave and feel rightly observed from the first moment. They continue into the cave of Ayers Rock. Behind them, people
are moving from the ceiling and following them. They come in a slightly larger balance of the cave and see a man who looks after Prof. Marko.
Then they discover that someone is behind them. The man says, "Not worried, we do not want to hurt you." In the camp, the kidnapping of
Prof. Marko speaks around and everyone gets nervous. Jane gets scared when suddenly an elderly unkempt man stands in her tent with a lock
in her hand. Lt. Hanson is pleased that you finally have contact with the Aborigines of Australia, because Aborigine has. They sat around a
small campfire in the cave and the Aborigine tells how they hid from the illness they heard about. Samuel brings Lesley Koporato in to help
Lt. Hanson better communicate with the man. The man standing in the tent with Jane tells her his name: "Kopauranti"
and tells her about the Aborigines. Then Jane leads him around the camp to show him what's left of humanity. Lesley Koporato comes into
the cave. Lt. Hanson and the Aborigine, whose name is Olisoa, can now speak in their native language as Lesley can translate Koporato.
This makes it much easier for them to tell and report. Lt. Hanson invites the Aborigine to the camp and he accepts the invitation. There he
wants to learn more about the people. They immediately set off for the camp. Arrived there, Lt. Hanson prefaced him with General Hey and
Professor James. It is already late afternoon when Samuel comes to Lt. Hanson with a tape recorder that he has still found and asks if the
Aborigine should not even inaugurate our music culture. Although Lt. Hanson knows that the Aborigines already had contact with the rest of
humanity, he thinks, it could be a chance to deepen their contact with the Aborigines. A short time later, Lt. Holden meets Kopauranti again
with Lt. Hanson.
Lt. Hanson introduces him to Samuel and tells him about Samuel's idea to play music from him. Olisoa and Kopauranti are open-minded and Samuel
says only three words: "Now is rocked!" Samuel turns on the tape recorder and the music starts. Samuel starts with rhythmic dance moves.
Olisoa and Kopauranti make a funny, unintelligible face and Lesley Koporato translates this as "dancing fast and moving." Both Aborigines are
smiling and slowly starting to dance. Lt. Hanson joins the dancing and a little later everybody is dancing and having a lot of fun.

29. November 2004: In der Nacht läuft Olisoa durchs Lager ins Zelt von Lt. Hanson. Als er ihn berührt schreckt
dieser auf und ist überrascht das Olisoa vor ihm steht. Olisoa sagt ihm, dass er den Menschen etwas über die Regeln der
Wüste erzählen und lehren muss. Am Ayers Rock ist es Prof. Marko und Prof. James endlich gelungen die ersten Getreidesamen
erfolgreich anzupflanzen. Durch eine Veränderung in den Genen der Samen wachsen die Pflanzen schneller. Dieser Prozess
kann allerdings nie mehr wiederholt werden. Olisoa zeigt Lt. Hanson, Lt. Holden, Samuel Lopez und Lindsay Hamilton wie
die Aborigines ihre Jagdwerkzeuge bauen. Lesley Koporato entschuldigt sich bei Thomas Focken für ihre Ignoranz. Sie hätte
ihn sich wenigstens einmal anhören können, das will sie jetzt nachholen. Jane geht mit Kopauranti in die Wüste. Er zeigt
ihr die heiligen Stätten der Aborigine. In einer kurzen Pause lernt Gina Delbock zufällig Lt. Holden kennen. Lindsay
Hamilton ist eifersüchtig auf Lesley Koporato, weil Thomas anscheinend mehr für sie fühlt als für sie. Jane ist
vollkommen fasziniert von den Stätten der Aborigine. Olisoa hat den Unterricht von Lt. Hanson, Lt. Holden, Samuel Lopez
und Lindsay Hamilton abgeschlossen. Sie legen fest, dass sie alle in den nächsten Tagen jagen gehen. Jane erzählt
Kopauranti von ihrem toten Freund Tim. Sie möchte gerne ein Grab für ihren Freund bei den Grabstätten der Aborigine
machen. Kopauranti erlaubt ihr diese Bitte. Lt. Holden bringt Gina Delbock mit zum Jagen. Er stellt sie Lt. Hanson vor.
Thomas Focken gibt Lindsay einen Korb. Woraufhin Lindsay sich sofort auf den Weg zu Lesley Koporato macht und ihr ein
runterknallt. Kurze Zeit später landet sie wieder bei Agent Sala, die gerade mit ihr nicht gerechnet hat.
4. Dezember 2004: Lt. Hanson, Lt. Holden, Gina Delbock, und Samuel Lopez gehen mit Olisoa in die Wüste kleine
Echsen jagen. Jeder von ihnen erlegt mindestens eine Echse. Sie bekommen immer wieder kleine Ratschläge von Olisoa. Zur
gleichen Zeit richtet Jane das Grab für ihren Freund Tim auf dem Friedhof ein. Kopauranti hilft ihr. Dann gehen sie
gemeinsam zurück ins Lager. Auch die jagenden kehren zurück ins Lager und grillen ihre Fänge. Lt. Holden isst mit
Samuel Lopez, Lt. Hanson isst mit Sgt. Clarkson und Gina Delbock kehrt zurück zu Jane und isst mit ihr. Dann sieht man
alle, wie sie glücklich und zufrieden essen und sich unterhalten…

November 29, 2004: At night, Olisoa walks through the camp into the tent of Lt. Hanson. When he touches him, he starts and is surprised
that Olisoa is standing in front of him. Olisoa tells him that he has to tell people about the rules of the desert and teach them.
At Ayers Rock, Prof. Marko and Prof. James have finally succeeded in successfully planting the first grain seeds. Through a change in the
genes of the seeds, the plants grow faster. However, this process can never be repeated. Olisoa shows Lt. Hanson, Lt. Holden, Samuel Lopez
and Lindsay Hamilton as the Aborigines build their hunting tools. Lesley Koporato apologizes to Thomas Focken for her ignorance. She could
have listened to him at least once, that's what she wants to do now. Jane goes into the desert with Kopauranti. He shows her the holy places
of the Aborigines. In a short break, Gina Delbock happens to be learning Lt. Know Holden. Lindsay Hamilton is jealous of Lesley Koporato
because Thomas seems to feel more for her than she does for her. Jane is completely fascinated by the Aboriginal sites. Olisoa has lessons
from Lt. Hanson, Lt. Holden, Samuel Lopez and Lindsay Hamilton completed. They say they will all go hunting in the next few days. Jane
tells Kopauranti about her dead friend Tim. She would like to make a grave for her friend at the tombs of the Aborigines. Kopauranti allows
her this request. Lt. Holden brings Gina Delbock to hunt. He puts her Lt. Hanson before. Thomas Focken gives Lindsay a basket. Whereupon
Lindsay immediately makes her way to Lesley Koporato and her one down pops. A short time later she lands again with Agent Sala, who just did
not expect her.
4 December 2004: Lt. Hanson, Lt. Holden, Gina Delbock, and Samuel Lopez go hunting with Olisoa in the desert small lizards. Each of
them shoots at least one lizard. They always get little advice from Olisoa. At the same time Jane sets up the grave for her friend Tim in the
cemetery. Kopauranti helps her. Then they go back to the camp together. The hunters also return to the camp and grill their catches. Lt. Holden
eats with Samuel Lopez, Lt. Hanson eats with Sgt. Clarkson and Gina Delbock returns to Jane and eats with her. Then you see everyone, how they
eat happy and satisfied and talk...

20. Dezember 2004: Ein Mann wird von einem anderen durchs Lager verfolgt. Beide stoßen Lt. Hanson zur Seite.
Hanson, der sich gerade mit Sgt. Clarkson am unterhalten ist, gelingt es den Verfolger zu fangen und ihn zur Rede zu
stellen. Er fragt ihn warum er den anderen Mann verfolgt. Der Mann sagt nur, dass dies der Freund seiner Tochter wäre
und sie ihn zu Weihnachten eingeladen hätte. Doch das wolle er nicht akzeptieren, denn der Freund seiner Tochter sei ein
Moslem. Der Vater ist der Meinung, dass der Freund seiner Tochter bei einem christlichen Fest nichts zu suchen hätte.
Lt. Hanson sagt ihm in einem ziemlich strengen Ton, dass er froh sein sollte das seine Tochter einen Freund hat und sie
ihn ihrer Familie vorstellen möchte. Er sagt dem Vater, er solle jetzt sofort zum Freund seiner Tochter gehen und ihn
für das Weihnachtsfest einladen und seine Vorurteile beilegen oder er sitzt über Weihnachten wegen Aufhetzung im Knast.
Der Vater versucht dauernd zu widersprechen, doch als er merkt, dass Lt. Hanson es ernst meint hält er den Mund und lädt
den Freund seiner Tochter zu Weihnachten ein. Agent Sala redet mit Lindsay die immer noch in Untersuchungshaft sitzt und
sich einfach nicht beruhigen will. Lt. Hanson und Sgt. Clarkson kommen in das Kommandozelt und berichten dem General was
eben vorgefallen ist und General Heys ist überhaupt nicht begeistert. Lt. Holden muss einen Mann von Dr. May wegholen
der ihn mit einem Messer bedroht. Doch dann sticht der Mann auf Lt. Holden ein und flieht. Der Vater von eben
entschuldigt sich bei seiner Tochter Jamilia und bei ihrem Freund Mehud für sein Verhalten. Dr. Lightman behandelt den
schwer Verletzten Lt. Holden. Der Mann, der ihn niedergestochen hat, ist weiterhin auf der Flucht. Ein Team der
Militärpolizei sucht bereits nach ihm. Jane bereitet das Weihnachtsfest für sie und Gina vor. Thomas Focken und
Lesley Koporato beschließen gute Freunde zu sein. Agent Sala kann Lindsay immer noch nicht aus der Haft entlassen, weil
sie noch so wütend ist. Jetzt droht sie sogar damit Lesley Koporato umzubringen. General Heys kann nicht verstehen was
mit den Leuten los ist. Lt. Hanson erfährt von den Verletzungen Lt. Holdens. Er informiert General Heys und verhängt eine
Ausgangssperre bis der Täter gefunden ist. Sgt. Clarkson wird das Kommando über die Suche nach dem Täter übergeben. Sie
schickt mehr Suchtrupps durch das Lager um Zeugen zu befragen. Lt. Hanson stattet Dr. May einen Besuch ab um zu erfahren
was geschehen ist. Gina Delbock besucht den verletzten aber stabilen Lt. Holden. Lt. Hanson erfährt, dass der Mann
Dr. May beschuldigt hat, verantwortlich für die Momentane Situation der Menschheit zu sein. Das wollte er nicht auf sich
beruhen lassen. Dennoch fällt es Dr. May schwer darüber zu sprechen, weil er weiß das er dafür verantwortlich gemacht
wird. Lt. Hanson beruhigt ihn und sagt ihm, dass er nicht an der Entstehung des Virus schuldig ist. Dr. Lightman sagt
Lt. Holden, dass er in zwei Tagen wieder nach Hause kann. Seine Verletzungen waren zum Glück nicht zu schwer. Hätte der
Mann allerdings zwei Zentimeter weiter links das Messer in Lt. Holden gestochen, wäre er jetzt Tod, denn dann hätte das
Messer die Lunge getroffen. Ein Tipp von mehreren Zeugen sorgt dafür, dass die Suchtrupps um Sgt. Clarkson den Täter
ausfindig und festnehmen können. Der Täter wird an Agent Sala übergeben. Diese beginnt das Verhör. Doch der Mann will
nicht sprechen. Dann gibt Lt. Hanson Agent Sala den Auftrag, mit allen Mittel heraus zubekommen warum der Mann dies
gemacht hat. Jane erfährt das Gina Delbock einen Freund hat, der bei der Armee ist. General Heys lädt Lt. Hanson und
Sgt. Clarkson zum Weihnachtsessen am Heiligabend ein. Die beiden nehmen gerne an. 24. Dezember 2004: Lt. Hanson
besucht Jamilia und ihren Freund. Dabei entschuldigt sich Jamilias Vater bei Lt. Hanson für sein Verhalten. Danach redet
Lt. Hanson ein wenig mit Jamilia die ihm ebenfalls noch einmal dankt. Am Schluss kommt Mehud zu ihm und dankt ihm, dass
er ihn unterstützt hat. Lt. Hanson sagt nur: „Wenn Sie, sie lieben, hat es sich gelohnt!“ Mehud antwortet mit einem
Lächeln und dem Wort: „Ja.“ Dann geht Lt. Hanson zum Essen mit General Heys und Sgt. Clarkson. General Heys gibt
bekannt, dass er die beiden befördern wird. Lt. Hanson zum Major und Sgt. Clarkson zum Leutnant. Dann essen sie gemeinsam.
Gegen 22 Uhr gehen Lt. Hanson und Sgt. Clarkson zusammen zu ihren Zelten und als sie sich von einander verabschieden
küssen sie sich…

to make them realize that prejudice would only kill them...
December 20, 2004: One man is being followed by another through the camp. Both encounter Lt. Hanson aside. Hanson, who is currently
talking to Sgt. Clarkson, manages to catch the persecutors and to confront him. He asks him why he persecutes the other man. The man just
says that this is his daughter's friend and she invited him for Christmas. But he did not want to accept that because his daughter's friend
was a Muslim. The father is of the opinion that the friend of his daughter at a Christian festival had no business. Lt. Hanson tells him in
a rather strict tone that he should be glad that his daughter has a boyfriend and she wants to introduce him to her family. He tells his
father to go immediately to his daughter's friend and to invite him for Christmas and settle his prejudices or he sits over Christmas for
incitement in jail.
The father tries to contradict constantly, but when he realizes that Lt. Hanson says he keeps his mouth shut and invites his daughter's friend
to Christmas. Agent Sala talks to Lindsay, who is still in custody and just does not want to calm down. Lt. Hanson and Sgt. Clarkson come to
the command tent and report to the general what has just happened and General Heys is not at all enthusiastic. Lt. Holden must have a husband
from Dr. May take away the threat of a knife. But then the man stands out on Lt. Holden and flees. The father of just apologized to his
daughter Jamilia and her friend Mehud for his behavior. Dr. Lightman treats the seriously injured Lt. Holden. The man who stabbed him is
still on the run. A team of Military police are already looking for him. Jane prepares Christmas for her and Gina. Thomas Focken and Lesley
Koporato decide to be good friends. Agent Sala still cannot release Lindsay because she is still so angry. Now she even threatens to kill
Lesley Koporato. General Heys cannot understand what's going on with people. Lt. Hanson learns of the injuries Lt. Holdens. He informs
General Heys and imposes a curfew until the culprit is found. Sgt. Clarkson will hand over the search for the culprit.
She sends more search parties through the camp to question witnesses. Lt. Hanson equips Dr. May visit to see what has happened. Gina Delbock
visits the injured but stable Lt. Holden. Lt. Hanson learns that the man Dr. May has been accused of being responsible for the momentary
situation of humanity. He did not want to leave that alone. Nevertheless, it falls Dr. May difficult to talk about, because he knows that he
is blamed for it. Lt. Hanson calms him down and tells him that he is not guilty of causing the virus. Dr. Lightman says Lt. Holden, that he
can go home in two days. His injuries were fortunately not too heavy.
If the man had two centimeters farther left the knife in Lt. If he stung Holden, he would be dead now, because then the knife would have hit
his lungs. A tip from several witnesses ensures that the search parties around Sgt. Clarkson can locate and arrest the culprit. The perpetrator
is handed over to Agent Sala. This begins the interrogation. But the man does not want to speak. Then Lt. Hanson Agent Sala is tasked, with all
means, to find out why the man did this. Jane learns that Gina Delbock has a friend who is in the army. General Heys invites Lt. Hanson and
Sgt. Clarkson on Christmas Eve on Christmas Eve. The two gladly accept.
December 24, 2004: Lt. Hanson visits Jamilia and her boyfriend. In doing so, Jamilia's father apologizes to Lt. Hanson for his behavior.
After that, Lt. Hanson a bit with Jamilia who also thanks him again. At the end, Mehud comes to him and thanks him for supporting him.
Lt. Hanson just says, "If you love them, it was well worth it!" Mehud answers with a smile and the word: "Yes." Then Lt. goes. Hanson for
dinner with General Heys and Sgt. Clarkson. General Heys announces that he will transport the two. Lt. Hanson to Major and Sgt. Clarkson to
Lieutenant. Then eat together. At 10 pm Lt. Hanson and Sgt. Clarkson together to their tents and as they say goodbye to each other they kiss...

31. Dezember 2004: Zum neuen Jahr werden im Lager die letzten Feuerwerkskörper verschossen. Tim und Robin liegen
zusammen unter dem Sternenhimmel. 2 Wochen später – 17. Januar 2005: Lt. Hanson wird zu Jamilia Garden's Familie
zum Essen eingeladen. Dabei erfährt er das Jamilia von ihrem Freund Schwanger ist und die beiden wollen das Lt. Hanson
ihr Trauzeuge ist. Wenig später erfährt Lt. Hanson von Dr. Lightman, das weitere 224 Frauen schwanger sind. Als General
Heys davon erfährt empfiehlt er eine Geburtenreglung. Denn sonst kann es passieren, dass die Menschheit schon bald
wieder in den Infizierten Bereich der Erde vordringt. Lt. Hanson hat Zweifel wie er das den Menschen erklären soll. Jane
lernt den Jungen Gerald Fragon kennen. Die beiden unterhalten sich. Tim und Robin reden über ihre Aufkeimende Beziehung.
Robin denkt, dass sie mal mit einander schlafen sollten. Tim sagt: „Das geht nicht, weil ich jemanden etwas versprochen
habe.“ Robin sagt: „Du kannst nicht dein ganzes Leben darauf warten das Jane zurückkehrt.“ Tim antwortet: „Jane habe ich
auch nichts versprochen, sondern General Heys… Ich habe ihm versprochen, dass keine Frau im Lager mehr schwanger wird.
Im Moment sind 225 Frauen schwanger. Irgendwann wird die Menschheit wieder an die Grenzen zum infizierten Raum kommen.
Es ist besser, bereits jetzt eine Geburtenkontrolle einzuführen, bevor wir nicht mehr können.“ Robin sagt: „Ah, zuerst
sagen wir den Menschen das sie Kinder machen sollen und dann wollen wir sie mit einer Geburtenreglung davon abhalten um
die Menschheit nicht an den infizierten Raum zu führen. Das ist lächerlich!“ Tim antwortet: „Da hast du recht!“ Dann
geht Tim. Jane freundet sich immer mehr mit Gerald an. Lt. Holden wird aus der Krankenstation entlassen. Gina Delbock
geht mit ihm erstmal in die Ferien. Lesley Koporato redet mit Lindsay Hamilton um herauszufinden, warum sie sie so hasst.
Prof. James gelingt es sein Gegenmittel der Virusmutation anzupassen. Zusammen mit den Informationen von Dr. May und
Prof. Marko erhofft er sich ein perfektes Gegenmittel zu entwickeln. Lt. Hanson besucht Lindsay Hamilton und will von
ihr wissen, warum sie einer Frau androht sie zu töten. Als sie ihm nicht antwortet fragt er sie: "Wissen Sie warum ich sie
mitgeholt habe?" Auch auf diese Frage bekommt er keine Antwort von einer bockig schauenden Lindsay Hamilton. Lt. Hanson
lässt sie wissen wieso er sie mitgenommen hat: Ich habe Sie mitgeholt, weil er glaubte, dass Sie eine der wichtigen
Personen sein können, die die Menschen hier zusammenhalten. Ich gebe Ihnen noch eine Chance. Da ich den Glauben an Sie
noch nicht ganz verloren habe." Lt. Hanson bleibt kurz Still und schaut Lindsay Hamilton in die Augen. Dann fährt er
fort: "Sie gehen jetzt dort raus und halten sich von Thomas Focken und Lesley Koporato fern. Wenn ich auch nur einmal
höre, dass sie einen der beiden bedrohen, landen sie für lange Zeit im Knast. Haben wir uns verstanden?“ Lindsay nickt mit
dem Kopf. Lt. Hanson befiehlt Agent Sala die Zelle aufzuschließen damit Lindsay Hamilton gehen kann. Dies macht Lindsay
auch. 2 Stunden später hält Lt. Hanson seine Rede zur Geburtenregelung: „Ich muss ihnen allen etwas sagen... Etwas was mir
nicht leicht fällt. Es verstößt gegen das was ich vor 3 Monaten gesagt habe. Ich werde es kurz, knapp und direkt sagen.
Fakt ist, wir sind eine bestimmte Anzahl von Menschen. Fakt ist, wir haben einen begrenzten Lebensraum. Fakt ist,
irgendwann werden wir an die Grenze dieses Lebensraums stoßen, an den infizierten Raum. Fakt ist, im Moment haben wir
225 schwangere Frauen im Lager, die mindestens ein Kind bekommen. Fakt ist, irgendwann werden wir zu viele werden und an
die Grenze des uns zur Verfügung stehenden Lebensraums stoßen, deswegen muss im Lager einer eine Geburtenreglung
eingeführt werden. Ich möchte sie bitten ab sofort keine Kinder mehr zu zeugen. Es tut mir leid. Danke.“ Lt. Hanson geht
und bekommt Glückwünsche von General Heys. Lt. Hanson sagt: „Ich habe was gut bei Ihnen und jetzt können sie mich mal!“
Später kommt Robin zu ihm und will noch einmal versuchen ihn davon zu überzeugen mit ihr zu schlafen, doch er will nicht.
Robin geht und Tim steht alleine in der Wüste und glaubt, dass er einen großen Fehler gemacht hat. Er fährt sich mit der
Hand durchs Gesicht und geht weg…

December 31, 2004: The last fireworks will be fired in the camp for the new year. Tim and Robin are together under the stars.
2 weeks later - 17 January 2005: Lt. Hanson is invited to eat with Jamilia Garden's family. He learns that Jamilia is pregnant by
her boyfriend and they both want the Lt. Hanson is her best man. A little later, Lt. Hanson of dr. Lightman Another 224 women are pregnant.
As General Heys learns he recommends a birth control. Because otherwise it can happen that humanity soon penetrates again into the infected
area of the earth. Lt. Hanson has doubts about how he should explain this to humans. Jane meets the boy Gerald Fragon. The two talk. Tim

Chance sich gut zu benehmen. Jane lernt den jungen Gerald kennen und die beiden freunden sich schnell an. Lt. Hanson
muss eine Rede halten in der er den Menschen verbieten muss Kinder zu bekommen. Robin kann sich eine sexuelle Beziehung
mit Tim vorstellen, doch dieser hat Zweifel...
Lt. Hanson und Sgt. Clarkson sind bei General Heys. Er nimmt die Beförderung der beiden vor. Jane unterhält sich mit
Gerald und erzählt ihm von ihrem Freund, von dem sie glaubt, dass er tot ist, sich aber nicht sicher ist. Gerald schlägt
ihr vor das sie mal zum Militär gehen soll und dort fragt, ob ihr Freund auf irgendeiner Toten Liste steht. Lt. Hanson
wird zum Major befördert und Sgt. Clarkson wird Leutnant. Die Neuigkeiten sprechen sich natürlich schnell im Militär herum
und auch einige Bewohner wissen es schnell. Jane begibt sich auf den Weg zu Lt. Holden um nach ihrem Freund zu fragen.
Prof. James und Prof. Marko gelingt es in der Zwischen Zeit ganz nah an ein Gegenmittel für den Grippevirus
heranzukommen. Samuel schlägt Major Hanson vor zusammen mit seiner neuen „Freundin“ Lt. Clarkson einmal einen schönen Tag
zusammen zu erleben. Als Dr. May mit Lesley Koporato spricht, fängt dieser auf einmal an auszurasten. Lindsay Hamilton
ist gerade in der Nähe, hört die Schreie und kann Lesley Koporato davor schützen nieder gestochen zu werden. Nun nimmt
sich Agent Sala Dr. May an. Jane kommt bei Lt. Holden an und sagt ihm den Namen ihres Freundes. Als Lt. Holden den Namen
hört fragt er nach: „Lt. Tim Hanson?“ Jane: „Ja!“ Lt. Holden: „Sie meinen Major Tim Hanson?“ Jane: „Als ich ihn das
letzte Mal gesehen habe war er noch Leutnant.“ Lt. Holden: „Major Tim Hanson ist seit einem halben Jahr der zweite
befehlshabende Offizier in diesem Lager!“ Als Jane diesen Satz hört fällt ihr ein Stein vom Herzen und sie fängt an zu
weinen. Mit einem lachenden, verweinten Gesicht läuft sie so schnell sie kann zu Gina Delbock um ihr zu erzählen, dass
ihr Freund noch lebt. Das zaubert auch Gina ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht. Sie ist froh für Jane. Dr. Lightman untersucht
Dr. May und nimmt ihm Blut ab. Als Gina ihre Freundin Jane beruhigt empfiehlt sie ihr Tim sofort besuchen zu gehen. Jane
ist sich jedoch nicht sicher was sie sagen soll. Außerdem fürchtet sie, dass er sie vergessen hat und er bereits eine
andere Freundin hat. Doch trotz allem kann Gina sie überzeugen zum Hauptlager zu gehen. Tim, Robin und Samuel machen sich
auf den Weg zum Ayers Rock um einen schönen Tag zu haben. Jane erkundigt sich im Lager nach Tim und wird zum Ayers Rock
geschickt. Dort sitzen Tim und Robin an einem Felsen und beobachten Samuel wie er versucht eine Sandburg zu bauen. Tim hat
noch eine alte Frisbee und entschließt sich mit Samuel Frisbee zu spielen. Dabei haben sie einen Heiden Spaß. Jane kommt
am Ayers Rock an. Sie versteckt sich hinter einem kleinen Felsen und sieht wie Tim mit Samuel spielt. Bei einem Blick in
die nähere Umgebung sieht sie eine Frau sitzen die beiden beim Spielen zuschaut. Tim und Samuel kabbeln sich im Sand um
die Frisbee Scheibe. Als Samuel gewonnen hat geht Tim zu Robin und die beiden küssen sich und wenig später springt schon
Samuel neben die beiden. Jane beobachtet dies und ihr laufen die Tränen das Gesicht herunter. Sie beobachtet die drei
noch einige Minuten weiter, bevor sie geht. Dr. Lightman findet heraus, dass mit Dr. May Experimente gemacht worden
sind – mit seiner DNA und seinem Gehirn. Thomas Focken kommt in das Labor von Prof. James und Prof. Marko. Er zerstört
das gesamte Gegenmittel das die beiden Professoren entwickelt haben. Lt. Holden kann ihn festnehmen. Er bringt ihn
sofort zu Agent Sala und informiert Major Hanson und General Heys. Major Hanson bringt gerade Samuel zu seinem Zelt als
er davon erfährt. Er bittet Lt. Clarkson Samuel nach Hause zu bringen und läuft sofort zum Gefängnis. Jane ist bei Gina
und erzählt ihr, was sie gesehen hat. Gina versucht Jane zu beruhigen und ihr zu sagen, dass dies durchaus geschehen
kann, besonders in solch einer Situation. Gerald kommt zu Jane und sagt ihr, dass Thomas Focken das gesamte Gegenmittel
gegen den Virus verstört hat. Jane macht sich aus irgendeinem Grund sofort wieder auf den Weg zum Hauptlager und besucht
Thomas Focken im Gefängnis. Major Hanson kommt im Gefängnis an und bekommt von General Heys den Auftrag heraus zu finden
warum Thomas Focken dies getan hat. Major Hanson macht sich sofort auf den Weg zur Zelle und geht ohne zu stoppen direkt

es einfach.“ Major Hanson: „Wieso haben Sie die einzige Chance für die Menschheit zu überleben zerstört? Wieso haben Sie
es zerstört?“ Thomas Focken: „Lecken Sie mich doch am Arsch!“ Als Major Hanson dies hört rastet er aus. Er packt Thomas
Focken am Shirt und schlägt ihn nieder, hebt ihn wieder auf und schlägt ihn nochmals nieder. Als er eine Frauenstimme
von hinter sich hört, die "Tim" ruft, dreht sich Major Hanson um und sieht Jane…

Previously on Vanishing Point: Lt. Hanson dismisses Lindsay Hamilton from the arrest and gives her a chance to behave well.
Jane meets young Gerald and they make friends quickly. Lt. Hanson has to give a speech prohibiting people from having children. Robin can
imagine a sexual relationship with Tim, but this one has doubts...
Lt. Hanson and Sgt. Clarkson are at General Heys. He prefers the promotion of the two. Jane talks to Gerald and tells him about her friend,
whom she believes is dead but not sure. Gerald suggests that she should go to the military and ask if her friend is on any dead list. Lt. Hanson
is promoted to Major and Sgt. Clarkson becomes Lieutenant. The news is of course fast in the military around and some residents know it
quickly. Jane goes to Lt. Holden to ask for her boyfriend.
Prof. James and Prof. Marko manage in the meantime to come close to an antidote for the flu virus. Samuel suggests Major Hanson together with
his new "girlfriend" Lt. Clarkson once a nice day together. As Dr. May talks to Lesley Koporato, he begins to lash out. Lindsay Hamilton is
nearby, hearing the screams and can protect Lesley Koporato from being stung. Now, Agent Sala takes Dr. May. Jane comes to Lt. Holden and tell
him the name of her friend.
As Lt. Holden hears the name he asks: "Lt. Tim Hanson? "Jane:" Yes! "Lt. Holden: "You mean Major Tim Hanson?" Jane: "The last time I saw him,
he was still a lieutenant." Lt. Holden: "Major Tim Hanson has been the second commanding officer in this camp for half a year!" When Jane
hears this phrase, she drops a stone from her heart and she begins to cry. With a laughing, tear-stained face she runs as fast as she can to
Gina Delbock to tell her that her boyfriend is still alive. This also conjures a smile on Gina's face. She is happy for Jane. Dr. Lightman
investigates May and take blood from him. When Gina calms her friend Jane, she recommends that she visit Tim immediately.
Jane is not sure what to say. She also fears that he has forgotten her and he already has another girlfriend. But despite everything Gina can
persuade her to go to the main camp. Tim, Robin and Samuel make their way to Ayers Rock to have a nice day. Jane is looking for Tim in the
camp and is sent to Ayers Rock. There sit Tim and Robin on a rock and watch Samuel as he tries to build a sandcastle. Tim still has an old
Frisbee and decides to play with Samuel Frisbee. They have a heathen fun. Jane arrives at Ayers Rock. She hides behind a small rock and sees
Tim playing with Samuel.
Looking at the surrounding area, she sees a woman sitting watching the two play. Tim and Samuel are crawling in the sand around the Frisbee
disk. When Samuel has won, Tim goes to Robin and the two kiss and shortly afterwards Samuel jumps next to them. Jane watches this and her
tears run down her face. She watches the three more minutes before she leaves. Dr. Lightman finds out that Dr. May's experiments have been
done - with his DNA and his brain. Thomas Focken comes to the laboratory of Prof. James and Prof. Marko. He destroys the entire antidote that
the two professors have developed. Lt. Holden can arrest him.
He immediately brings him to Agent Sala and informs Major Hanson and General Heys. Major Hanson is bringing Samuel to his tent when he finds
out about it. He asks Lt. Bringing Clarkson Samuel home and immediately runs to jail. Jane is with Gina and tells her what she saw. Gina tries
to reassure Jane and tell her that this can happen, especially in such a situation. Gerald comes to Jane and tells her that Thomas Focken has
disturbed all antidotes to the virus. For some reason, Jane immediately goes back to the main camp and visits Thomas Focken in prison. Major
Hanson arrives in prison and gets the order from General Heys to find out why Thomas Focken did this.
Major Hanson immediately makes his way to the cell and goes straight to him without stopping. Major Hanson with a stern tone: "Why did you
destroy the antidote?" Thomas Focken: "Because it would have killed us all." Major Hanson: "Where do you get the wisdom to know this?" Thomas
Focken answers immediately: "I know easy. "Major Hanson:" Why did you destroy the only chance for humanity to survive? Why did you destroy
it? "Thomas Focken:" Lick my ass! "When Major Hanson hears this, he snaps. He grabs Thomas Focken by the shirt and knocks him down, picks
him up and knocks him down again. When he hears a female voice from behind who calls "Tim", Major Hanson turns around and sees Jane ...
